A Sense of Peace

For those of you reading...thank you! I cannot believe that anyone could check back after the long sabbatical I took after the shock of my new address, or lack thereof.

I am okay with our move to Wisconsin now.

I have been there twice and realized half way there, both times, that I forgot my camera. Of course it is beautiful there, lakes, rivers, trees. One might think that a person with such allergy ridden nasal problems might be miserable. It wasn't until our night at the hotel with Goose Down pillows. I was exhausted after looking at homes ALL DAY long that I completely passed out asleep at 8:30 pm. I tossed and turned the entire night assuming it was because of the move and lack of a home, just having so much on my mind! It wasn't untl the next day with realtor #2 that I realized I could not breath through my nose. DANG those geese!

At the last few functions here where I live now; I have forgotten my camera! Swim meets for the kids, gatherings with friends, even the moments at home that I would normally whip out the camera; I haven't even charged it. I have also become extremely organized. YIKES- I don't know if I like that.

So because I am who I am (I think Popeye said that) I found a home on the 2nd day. I know what I need and what I do not like and so tomorrow we will make a call with an offer. Wish us luck, send positive vibes, but most of all put us in your prayers.

For one day soon .......

I will be a cheesehead!

Yeay! Keep us posted on your house! We had one weekend to find a place and wound up with the right one for us. We were literally on the way to the airport when it was listed and we took a detour. Things usually work out like they're supposed to when you pray about it. You're in my prayers!

Well, you're on your way again. I've done it many times, though not lately and no time soon. I hope you will document your triumphs and challenges and new paint colors on your blog. Blogs are so cool 'cause they don't move! Not sure when you are going...but sending good vibes your way.
