It's quite entertaining to watch him or her swoop down and get it's dinner. Although I must say
it is pretty scary looking. It's face almost has a human like effect to it.
The beauty is in it's wings, spread wide open as it darts down on it's prey.
As long as it leaves my doggie alone, we will leave the Hawk alone.
My goal is to get a shot of it while it is in flight. It is as if it knows I have run for my camera.
I'll get it.

Isn't it fun to have the "food chain" going on in your front yard? It's like Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom right outside your door.
I get to watch the magical dance of the neighborhood outdoor cats and the squirrels as they flirt with death on a daily basis.
